BETE EZ Quick Connection Spray Nozzle System

There are two types of Bete EZ style spray nozzle change quick connection systems

  1. EZFF, EZNF, EZSPN
  2. EZTF, EZWL, EZWT

Design Features of the Bete EZ Quick Connection Spray Nozzle System

  • Nozzles can be changed in seconds without tools
  • Three part nozzle, base, gasket and interchangeable tip
  • Exclusive ramped engagement for efficient, automatic alignment
  • Threaded adaptors will accommodate other standard BETE nozzles. Shut-off plugs are also available
  • Sanitary EZs are available with weld connection and no knurling

Spray Characteristics:

– Available in six standard tips: EZFF, EZNF, EZSPN, EZTF, EZWL and EZWT

Spray Angles (EZFF; EZNF; EZSPN):

  • EZFF: 105° and 145°
  • EZNF: 0°, 15°, 30°, 50°, 65°, 80°, 90°, 110° and 120°
  • EZSPN: 15°, 25°, 35°, 40° and 50°

Flow rates (EZFF; EZNF; EZSPN): 0.02 to 42.5 gpm (0.051 to 125 L/min)

Standard Materials (EZFF; EZNF; EZSPN) :  301 Stainless Steel; 316 Stainless Steel; Brass; Viton Gaskets Standard

Bete EZFF Quick Connection Spray Nozzles

Spray Angles (EZTF; EZWL; EZWT):

  • 60°, 90° and 120° (Full or Hollow Cone – please specify when ordering)
  • 150° and 170° (Full Cone Only)
  • 180° (Hollow Cone Only)
  • EZWL:  30°, 60°, 90° and 120°
  • EZWT:  70° and 110°

Flow rates (EZTF; EZWL; EZWT): 0.042 to 58.4 gpm (0.13 to 206 L/min)

Standard Materials (EZTF) : Brass; Viton Gaskets Standard. 316 Stainless Steel available on request.

Standard Materials (EZWL; EZWT) :  303 Stainless Steel; 316 Stainless Steel; Brass; Viton Gaskets Standard
